Paris Fashion Week ends with a bang! On the final day of the Haute Couture Shows, the Lebanese designer, Zuhair Murad, arrives with a show-stopping collection.
Each look was more sexy and modern than the last. Murad admits that his customers are younger, at heart and in age, than ever. He captures their attention with a show that was nothing short of amazing. A thrill to watch and every young women’s dream to wear, these outfits filled the runway with color, sparkle, excitment, and beauty.
The opening number helped explain why this collection has been deemed the most “red-carpet-ready” of Fashion Week, Paris. We can only image our favorite celebrities rocking such chic and fearlessly sexy outfits as this black and white number.
One of the aspects that made this line so unique and exciting were the colors. Varying shades of vibrant blue-greens and blood reds and patterns with hidden traces of everything in between, the audience’s eye couldn’t get bored. The colors added dimension and added life to the collection.
Although Murad’s use of color was a key component to his show, the black and whites were statements on their own, and the lack of color made them anything but boring. For some, the simplicity allowed for emphasis on the unique designs and patterns, for others it added an incomparable sophistication.
Murad was able to tailor to a younger crowd with fun and flirty short cocktail-style dresses, while staying chic with detailed patterns and embroidery.
