Rihanna looks stunning and incredibly chic on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia. The Barbadian beauty gives us her most fierce poses for the July/August issue of the magazine. Pictures were posted this week giving a preview of what’s inside the issue and and reasonably so, everyone is buzzing about RiRi’s spread. Ruven Afandor photographed Rihanna and Ise White styled the shoot giving an an interesting modern high fashion twist on the traditional looks of the Middle East.
The cover shot features Rihanna behind a mesh veil that collects into a large bow at her neck wearing an embellished black dress from Dolce & Gabbana.
The cover look can be seen inside the spread as Rihanna is covered in crystals in the Dolce & Gabbana F/W 2014 Collection dress and complimented by a Cartier ring
Another shot is of Rihanna lounging in a long sleeve, floor length, heavily beaded black couture gown from the Spring 2014 Ateleier Versace collection with a leather embellished jacket by the fashion house. Insane!
A close-up headshot of Rihanna features a beautifully braided and embroidered headdress with a perfectly cyrstallized sweater from the F/W 2014 Balenciaga Collection.
Looking like a Middle Eastern Queen, Rihanna dons a lavender silk, floor length Ralph Lauren gown from the F/W 2014 Collection with a golden jewelry face covering that reveals only her eyes.
In another look, Rihanna is shown in a floor length Elie Saab emerald green beaded gown with a flowing train and is paired with a contrasting red headwrap.
Perhaps the most surprising photo that has been released from the shoot was a avant garde head-to-toe black metallic gown designed by Dubai designer, Michael Cinco. , also with a Couture Mask face covering designed by Bradley Douglas Jordan.
