Jeremy Scott always seems to take high fashion norms and crush them and this season was no exception. We still remember Jeremy’s show last year where he reimagined fast food into high fashion (shop here) This season, Jeremy decided to take on cartoons and bombarded the runway with bright colors and nostalgic cartoon characters. Scott always uses pop culture as an inspiration and this seasons show was one to add to the fashion books. He’s bringing the 90’s back and there are no subtleties in his designs–they are funky-fun.
He did the impossible and made the Loony Tunes trendy again, from an urban rendition of Bugs Bunny to Porky the Pig mixed with big chains, this season is in your face and makes us want to relive our childhood!
