London Fashion Week Spring 2015: Day 4

A large number of the collections of day four of LFW elicited strong reactions from home-viewers because of their unconventionality and bold choices. Love them or hate them (we, of course, love them), you can catch the highlights below! Our favorite collection of the day goes to Erdem, who took one of spring’s perpetually favorite trends, nature and animal-inspired pieces, and made it his own while still utilizing the trends of the season.

The same spring 2015 trends we’ve been reporting on are still reigning supreme, with sheers remaining as the most popular trend, crop tops and cut-outs still seen in the majority of collections, and metallics and embellishments continually stealing the spotlight (especially with Tom Ford’s show premiering today). There was one new trend on the scene today, though, that we are dying to see more of: Ombre! Burberry Prorsum presented both a dress and a men’s shirt in ombre, which happened to be our two standout pieces from the collection, while Antonio Berardi showed a flawless ombre suit fading from sheer to black, unlike any suit we’ve ever seen!

Let us know which shows and trends you loved.
