On Friday, social media went into a frenzy when Vogue released the cover picture for the April 2014 issue of the magazine. Kim Kardashian and fiance Kanye West beautifully graced the iconic magazine cover giving a nod to their May 2014 nuptials in Paris. Kim expressed her happiness and excitement when she tweeted her cover to her 20 million followers:

Kim wore an elegantly draped Lanvin gown while her better half sported a Saint Laurent blazer. Inside the magazine, their nine month old daughter, North, made her Vogue debut as well in a jet with Kanye, cuddling with mother, Kim, and in a photo of their little family. World renowned photographer Annie Leibowitz shot the #worldsmosttalkedaboutcouple which can be seen in a video on Vogue.com.
In her editor’s letter, Anna Wintour addressed the elephant in the room, stating, “You may have read that Kanye begged me to put his fiancée on Vogue’s cover. He did nothing of the sort. The gossip might make better reading, but the simple fact of the matter is that it isn’t true.” Further adding her liking of the shoot, Anna regards the cover as “both charming and touching”
