The MuchMusic Video Awards was held on June 15, 2014 in Toronto, Canada. First time hosts Kendall and Kylie Jenner made heads turn the moment they hit the red carpet.
Kendall wore a cream, hand embroidered, floor length dress with lilac lining by Fausto Puglisi that featured a double slit front and exposed Jenner’s pelvic bones clearly showing that she was not wearing any underwear. Kendall finished her look with strappy gold sandals and a metallic clutch.
Kylie also made a bold statement of her own with her orange beaded cocktail dress by Nicolas Jebran. The dress had sheer paneling along the sides showing off Kylie’s curves and an open back. Kylie’s look was completed with nude platforms and a shiny clutch.
Throughout the night, the Jenner sisters introduced presenters and poked fun at themselves, including Kendall’s prompter incident at the BillBoard Music Awards the month before. Having fun hosting the night, the sisters also made sure to make a statement with their outfits, changing into four different look during the Awards show.
First emerging on stage from the red carpet, the Jenners both wore metallic numbers. Kendall wore a single sleeved crocodile leathered and sheer paneled dress from Julien MacDonald’s Fall 2014 collection while Kylie opted for a longed sleeved mini dress that featured patterns and shapes from the Sass and Bide A/W 2013 collection.
Kylie wore a beaded black cocktail dress that had a skater style skirt and a sheer top while Kendall chose a metallic blue blazer, with matching high wasted shorts and a plunging leotard for their second outfits. Both the girls completed outfits with strappy gladiator shoes.
Kylie wore Impera lace-up laser cut Louboutin’s, while Kendall wore black open toed gladiator shoes putting the girls mile long legs on display. After another quick change, Kendall wore a cream colored strapless peplum top and black slacks, while Kylie wore a blue and white jumper that had black lining, a collared neck, and showcased a major slit down the middle displaying cleavage.
Not only did Kendall and Kylie wow crowds with their fashions, but they also did a great job hosting their first ever award shows. We hope there is more of this to come because the fashion, the hosting, and the night all in all was perfection!
