Joseph Altuzarra has teamed up with Target to provide affordable luxury in everyday outfits, each piece ranging from $18-$90. Altuzarra is known for establishing collections with the intention of elevating not only the appearance but also the mindset of his customers, so it is no surprise that he has chosen to extend this vision to as many women as possible. The collection will be released September 14th and is expected to sell out very quickly!
Our advice: study the collection and decide exactly what you would like to try on before hand, and make sure you know your size in Target clothing. This is especially important because certain items are only available online. If you are shopping online, make sure you’re ready to add it to your cart right as it’s released! If you are shopping in person, make sure you never shop hungry (you’re less likely to like anything) and that you don’t have too many items to keep track of (dropping keys, sunnies, and your starbucks while shopping in a crowded area can be dangerous and decrease your chances on getting your hands on these limited-time items!).
True to Altuzara’s couture lines, the collection is made for the working woman, with a focus on pant suits, pencil skirts, and below-the-knee dresses. That’s not to say that he disregarded sex-appeal, though, which he incorporated through thigh-high boots, slits, and specifically through the silk romper pictured below.
