Thursday night was the first ever Fashion Los Angeles Awards at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood and it was nothing short of fabulous! Many familiar faces joined the event including Katy Perry, Kanye West, Gigi Hadid, Rihanna, and Kerry Washington.
Miley Cyrus showed up in a tee-shirt shift Moschino dress, personalized with a black and gold bag.
Pop star, Katy Perry, arrived in a bright pink Moschino dress, paired surprisingly with matching Adidas sandals.
Nicole Richie wore an Alfredo Villalba black dress from the Fall 2014 collection and added a pop of color with her newly hued locks.
The newly named Creative Director of Puma and one of fashion’s most on point ladies, Rihanna, also wore a Moschino dress. She was probably the most glittering and sexy celeb on the red carpet that night.
Drew Barrymore hosted the star-studded event and wore a Zara top parked with a Milly skirt. Finishing her look, Drew added a silver Dior clutch.
Gigi Hadid, who just signed on as the new face of Maybelline, attended in a fitting one-shoulder Calvin Klein dress. She beat out big names like Kendall Jenner and Kate Upton, and snagged the title of “Model of the Year”!
Miley, Rihanna, and Katy all came to the even to support the winner of the Womenswear designer of the year: Jeremy Scott. Miley even presented the designer with his award for the evening.
Kanye West presented his friend, Mazdack Rassi, with the Innovator of the Year Award at the event. He went on to give a lengthy speech before calling up Rassi, sharing everything from why he doesn’t smile in pictures to his great admiration of the Milk Studios founder.
