The Market Visual Manager is responsible for leading, directing and implementing a highly branded emotional experience in the most visible
and highest performing markets/stores within the brand and the retail industry. This position possesses a superior Visual Merchandising
and Presentation skill set and excels at ideation. This position works collaboratively with key business partners to direct, guide, and execute
HQ art directed heightened presentation strategies within their assigned stores/market, building visual capabilities at the Focus
Store Level – SM, Visual Manager & associates. The MVM influences visual talent decision making and succession planning at the store/market level.
The role of the Market Visual Manager enables superior execution of brand standards and heightened visual merchandising and presentation strategies
which positively impact overall business results through the use of the Visual Merchandising lever.

Responsibilities

Builds Talent
– Actively participates in sourcing, identification, talent assessment selection & on-boarding process
of Market/Focus Store Manager & Visual Managers.
– Develops, coaches, motivates and inspires Store Manager & Visual Managers.
– Builds merchandising & presentation capabilities to deliver a consistent branded experience.
– Demonstrates the proven ability to conduct effective store visits and facilitate effectual training
workshops.
