Winter, especially on the East Coast, is as frigid as ever, making people wanting to stay inside. It is hard to develop a fashionable sense of style when the weather is far below freezing. This season’s “it” accessory comes in all different color schemes and patterns, primarily plaid, but the best thing to do when picking yours out is selecting one that can be worn with anything.
