Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure M∙A∙C International’s short-term and long-term financial and market share goals are achieved. Focus on initiatives that will generate incremental sales and fuel like-door growth. Think about the international business across all dimensions and initiate projects and make recommendations to senior executives regarding business development opportunities. Work directly with Regional Vice Presidents and regional teams on specific projects that will move the mark in our top priority markets/channels.
