In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning the company’s diverse operations which supports the mission of the Swarovski Corporate Responsibility Function.
YOU WILL FIND
In this position your main duties will be to:
· Execute global Corporate Responsibility strategy for regional
operations (South and North America) managed from Swarovski
New York City and Cranston, RI Office.
· Work with relevant business partners to support implementation
of CR projects for Americas operations including for Corporate
Communications & Design Services, Consumer Goods Business,
Swarovski Professional, Gemstones and Lighting Businesses.
· Provide expertise and support in assessing environmental and social
impacts of regional operations including lighting production, facility
management, logistics, store operations and LEED green building
activities.
· Work to integrate Corporate Responsibility program awareness into
lighting production, sourcing, and logistics processes, to include
training, reporting and other internal initiatives.
· Work with relevant business units to implement audit processes,
including scheduling, scoring, ranking, and remediation procedures.
· Partner with regional HR to support employee engagement and
training, embed UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPS), and
execute volunteer activities to achieve our goal of becoming the most
attractive employer.
· Align regional charitable giving with the Swarovski Foundation and
regional business units to create and execute community development
programs that support the global giving mission while gaining visibility
and brand recognition by consumers.
