Overview:
As the Associate Buyer for International Retail, you will support and execute on the buying process for the Tory Burch stores in South America and Asia.

Partners with cross functional team members regarding decisions on assortments, business, etc, to gain support and consensus.

Product & Assortment Planning
Work closely with the Buying team to build the product assortment, provide prepared ideas and point of view on editing process.
Gain a strong understanding of the Tory Burch customer: review new deliveries and sales, and communicate learnings back to team.
Competitive knowledge: understand and translate trends and cultural nuances of Domestic and International markets.
Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc).
Maintain buy plans to ensure accuracy, act as the point person for internal and cross functional teams.
Execute and initiate seasonal strategies as determined by buying team.
Markdown management.
Project receipts and maintain all receipt and purchase order logs.
Participate in Merchandising line plan development.
Respond to international local team requests and inquiries.
Review historical performance at the category and key item level.
Partner with planning and DMM on the determination of receipt plans, margin and IMU goals, and flow strategies to drive assortment execution.
Review with planning the analysis of business by style, delivery and category to understand prior performance and develop future goals.
Adaptable to needs of changing and growing businesses.
